We have had considerable experiences using different sales recruiters over the last 6 years. SRP has been the best thing that has happened to our firm in years. The last 3 positions we have filled have been through SRP. The first 2 positions filled have already paid off with results, the third person starts next week and I have no reason to believe that he will not hit the road running.
Compare that to the 7 that I hired before from another national search firm, 2 of which are still with me and only one of them has been productive. The other 5 had great resumes, highly recommended from the recruiter and sold nothing.
The cost of using a reliable search firm like SRP is significant, but it is substantially less when they provide you with sales people who perform as advertised and you are not left with a territory that only your competitors are working.
AS long as SRP provides us quality personnel, they will be the first call we make when looking for new sales personnel.
