Charged to introduce and sell the full scope of company’s services and capabilities to new and existing clients, with a particular focus on new business development. To build strong long lasting relationships with customers, managing accounts both effectively and efficiently. To introduce world class business issue solutions, leveraging internal resources to support customers and the sales approach.

Developer Description:
o Multimedia–based training, e.g., developing web or CD-ROM based multimedia applications.
o Flash developer experienced in e-Learning. (Advanced knowledge in ActionScript programming is very desirable)
o Experience working with section 508 compliance and SCORM.
o Graphic/interface design skills.
o Technologies include: IIS, SQL-Server, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, and the Internet Explorer document object model.
o Distributed learning applications, interface usability, 508 accessibility, SCORM v. 1.2, learning management systems, and integration of streaming media into CD-based and web-based training applications.
o Familiarity with Department of State web development policies and standards.
